Exceptions

The only exception to our refund policy is for products that have been damaged or opened. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately and we will send you a replacement. If you open a product and decide that you don't want it, you will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Return a Product

To return a product, simply contact us and we will provide you with a return shipping label. Once we receive the product, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
